Training Statement

Training and employee development are key aspects of sustained organizational performance. During my academic career, I had the opportunity to give several training short courses in the areas of mechanical engineering and management to engineers working in various Kuwaiti industries and ministries and to professionals working at the Public Authority for Applied Education & Training in Kuwait. In these courses, I have developed new training materials and techniques to provide effective training knowledge and maximize the benefits to the participants in a very professional manner and in an environment conducive to learning.
